Who has really slow Upload internet Speed??

I have just started to do live videos on facebook and I have an issue with very slow upload speeds
Does anyone else have this problem??? Please leave me comments below

I have watched you tube videos and it says you need an upload speed of 2-4Mbps I have no idea why my internet upload speed at 6.15pm on Friday night was 8.15Mbps and all other readings I have taken since are below 1.0Mbps……

If anyone knows how to fix this problem please leave me comments below as I would like to do live videos at 7.30pm every wednesday night but I am not guaranteed good upload speed!!!!!

Thanks for listening to my rant PLEASE HELP!!!!!
